Terms and Conditions

1. Requirements: The lessee must be at least 21 years old and present a valid driver's license .

2. Rental Rates:

- Daily: $1,100.00 MXN (24 hours)
- Weekly: $6,930.00 MXN
- Monthly: $19,800.00 MXN
- Security Deposit: $5,000.00 MXN (refundable if there is no damage )

3. Delivery and Pickup: Free within Sayulita. Must be scheduled 2 hours in advance .

4. Late Return : 2-hour grace period. After that , 50% of the daily rate will be charged.

5. Permitted Use: Only within Sayulita and on authorized roads. Prohibited on highways.

6. Insurance: Insurance is not provided. The lessee assumes all responsibility.

7. Damages and Deposit : The deposit will be retained if there is damage , misuse or missing items.

8. Cancellations: Free up to 24 hours in advance. 50% charge if cancelled within 24 hours.

9. Prohibited Activities: No driving under the influence, reckless driving , or excessive music . Permitted: Pets, boards, decorations (no damage ) .

10. Disclaimer : Lessee releases Caloton Motorsports from all liability.
